Hi, I have bought a product from Shopclues.com on 18th -Oct-2014, Product what they have shown on website and what they have delivered to me both are totally different. I requested for return after so many followups they took the product on December-2014, but still i have not received my money, still i am sending mails and calling to customer care and they are telling me money has been send.Please help me 4 month is going to over and still i am behind it. below is the order no- Order #23693643

Consequences is i have called shopclues.com more than 10 time where i have spen so much money on call and spen my time, I need shopclues.com must pay for all. I Need my money back with the call charges what i have made to shopclues.com
