Homeshop18 dispatched my item no. 69089094222 on 16 jan 15 but after 19 jan 15 no status is known. Blue dart service centre is even not responding to their customer and if connected also behaving rudely by telling that the mobile number is their personal and dont call. They must have misplaced the item thats why not responding. My item reached from delhi to jodhpur in 4 days and it is taking 5 days to cover 200 kms. The product has to be gifted to someone but due to courier service it was not possible. Very pathetic. Kindly intervene.

I demand compensation for late delivery for no reason known to them and troubling the customers.
