I went to Croma store Janakpuri to enquire and purchase regarding Iphone 8 plus 64 GB gold and they did not have the gold variant in stock and then they asked me to book it and after few days I decided to cancel my booking since I was not satisfied with the product and went into the store in order to collect the check and then store manager came and asked have in checked the phone from some were else and asked me why am I cancelling the booking since we have to be answerable to the higher authority and he decided me to show the space grey variant in the stock which they had and i was not convinced with the space grey colour and I have to purchase it since the packing was already opened and then this colour variant is not what I was looking for I spoke to the customer service they refused to exchange the colour and now I regret purchasing from Croma and I should have purchased the device from the Apple authorised reseller instead of Croma because apple gives 14 days of time period from the date of purchase to return the product if you are not satisfied now I really regret my purchase at Croma and their policies bad customer service experience as well.
