Hello Sir . My name is gagan . my phone is yu yureka a0110. i am using jio sim from a month . yesterday i just pulled out jio sim from primary slot of my phone. when i inserted jio sim again .then it does not show jio sim in phone . i tried to insert other sim in primary slot but nothing happened they just saying sim slot empty . if any one has solution of this problem please reply my post . what can i do now , please help me?

Compliant no 700157790,Till not come any phone call from Jio sim card side after compliant ,I am tried so many times to your care no 18008899999 but not connected contact with jio executive after 2 to 3 hours continuous tried I was take sim of jio card on 24. 9. 2016 from Disital express, balaji nagar , Satara road, pune , but till not activate sim after follow up to Digital express.

Please give me reply as for as possibly.
