I had a life insurance policy (Cash flow plan Policy No.10047032) with reliance life insurance company. I was promised terminal benefit of periodical cash flow with bonus. I was being informed if bonus at times but finally when i Got the amount I was given only Rs.117600 only whereas my total outgo to the policy was Rs.175000 after deducting periodical inflows. incurred a loss of Rs.57600/ on a plain calculation not say anything about bonus.
