Dear Team,

I had made an on line donation on the Prime Minister National Relief Fund -pmnrf website on 25-Sep-14. Upon successful payment, I received a confirmation email stating that I would receive a final confirmation on settlement of the transaction in 2-3 days & a receipt would be delivered to my address in 15-20 days.

It’s been 22 days since I made the transaction, neither the confirmation mail nor the receipt is received from their end so far.
It’s necessary for tax purposes.
Plz arrange for the same on priority.
