I ordered one item with order number 21897943. but shopclues.com has delivered me wrong product . i never ordered this product . but if now m requesting them to change my order or to cancel my order. they are not accepting my request. they are denying this.really shopclues.com is really a fake and fraud company. it just deceive their customers. its primary focus is to make money any how ,not a customer satisfaction even the product which they have delivered to me was not displayed on screen wen i was ordering it. now they are clearly refusing to cancel my order or to change my order. shopclues is a big fraud company. its primary focus is to make money only not a customer satisfaction

I have ordered a mattress cover and the piece delivered was defected. The person at customer care asked to email the complaint on an email address provided by him but i haven’t received any reply yet of that email. i have also ordered 3 loreal kajal and the kajal delivered to me was duplicate. what the hell is happening .if the customers of shopclues are facing such problems then why shopclues is not taking any actions regarding that. the worst experience of shopping at shopclues.
