I joined in the company as multitasking executive on 6th Oct 2014, and did not get my salary on time as decided by the company there is 15th of every month is the salary day. but i never received my salary before 21st of any month. and also company didn’t pay my salary for the 8 days of Oct month. now when i asked for the salary of DEC month company told me to leave the job without any notice. i accepted the same but tell them to release my salary and send resignation on their mail with reason that company cannot afford my salary so that i am resigning from my current job. and company replied me that the same resignation cannot be accepted and the rest salary will be issued by this month. now this is my request to you that kindly arrange to take action against the company and issue my salary as my home conditions are not good.
