I have purchased HCL Tablet ME in the month of april which serial no. is 313STD033565. But within a month its speaker was not working. I submitted it in noida service centre (HCL INFO SYSTEMS LTD.) on 29/06/2013. Now i have visited the service centre 3 or 4 times but the problem is not resolved. I submitted it in the month of june which was supposed to give me within a week , but hasn’t come yet(approx 1 and half month) . Moreover when i call to service centre ,,, Receivers keep on making fool out of me.

Now i am frustrated and my lot of work is hampered due to this because i need to be send the mails on urgent basis and i purchased this tablet for that. So i want a strict action 2 be taken and now i want a new tablet or my money back from the company as soon as possible.

NOW I WANT A NEW TABLET OR 15000 RS DUE TO MENTAL DISTURBANCE.
