This is to inform you that I had purchased a Samsung Star Mobile Phone ( Model – S 5233 ) on 11.07.2009. Details are below

Purchased from – The Mobile Store, Koramangala, Bangalore

With regret I would like to inform you that form the date of purchase I am facing the following problem.

1. The Software CD provided with the mobile cannot be used. There is some bug in the software making its installation impossible
2. The mobile hangs occasionally while disconnecting calls

I have approached the helpdesk 3 – 4 times to get the same rectified. I was told to download the UK version of the software, but to my annoyance that also did not work.

I would also like to mention that I am an old customer of Samsung and have TV’s , Fridge and also LCD TV but till now I have not faced any problem. Based on my experience with your company I had selected this mobile.

But sorry to mention that it did not live up to the expectation and to I feel being cheated by an organisation of such repute.

Considering the above, I had requested Samsung to take back this mobile and refund me the money so that I can buy some good products which will not have problems like this.

Till date they have only responded by saying they will come back after some time.

Through this mail i seek your help in getting my money refunded so that I can buy a good mobile pphone without problems
