I packed dress material of weight half kg in box courier pouch and i went srivilliputtur Professional Courier office they refused to take the pack ..They said we cant send this pack ,if you want us to send this pack buy a new cloth back from nearest shop and asked me to make another pack and send.. im sending dress material every month im receiving 3-4 a month from chennai with same type of pack ,only in srivilliputtur they are refusing.. At Rajapalayam cost for 1 kg or below parcel is 40rs and in srivilliputtur cost of 1 kg below parcel is 50rs ..why they are charging 10 more rupees are all over tamilnadu.

Customer service providing by srivilliputtur branch is worst that any other. im 30 km away from srivilliputtur, I used to travel rajapalayam(15 km more) and sending parcel. Only because of worst customer service at srivilliputtur. Please take immediate action as soon as possible
