Reliance Mobile – Wrong Plan Activation

Dear Team, This is to complain regarding the wrong plan activated on my no. +91 9599885xxx. At the time of applying for Port In, I had placed online request for Unlimited 1499 plan, but instead of that RGMAXVALUE 1499 has been activated. The plan details were reconfirmed from the team again and On repeated followup with customer care and the person who collected the document (Prakash & Ranbir Chauhan – , the request always fell on deaf ears. The Reliance Mobile Store at Rohini Sec-9 market, the customer care @ 198 help desk and *333 refused to acknowledge that there is a problem and corrective action needs to be taken. Everyone refused to register any request or complaint and made me run from pillar to post like a ill managed organization. Finally I had a word with one of the representative at Nodal Desk. I appreciate her efforts to understand the problem and putting in genuine efforts to provide the solution but she confirmed that there is no such unlimited plan without capping is available. Unfortunately, the details are still available on Reliance Website and they are taking bookings for the plan. For your kind reference, below is the screenshot of the plans, details of which are available on your website shop.rcom.co.in/postpaid-plans-all. The details are of plans meant for GSM services under Delhi circle.

I hereby request you to look into the matter of misguiding the customers by Rcom team and take corrective action. After suffering so much, I am left with no option but to switch to a lower plan and wait for three months before porting out. In order to ensure that Reliance get penalized for misguiding the customers, a genuine action should be initiated against them.
