Hi There, I booked a courier for At/Po – Ghatotand, Ramgarh, Jharkhand – 825314 on 06-June-2014 with tracking No – BLR2400270418. While booking for the above address I checked with the local agent and got a confirmation that the service is available in the destination and will be delivered within 3/4 working days. It is when the deliverable was not delivered after so many days I realized that the service is not available in the destination. I even complained in the customer case services (Ref – 2400270418) and finally the deliverable returned to me on 21-June-2014 and the company/local service did not refund my money instead they misbehaved with me. The document was pretty urgent to deliver but it did not happen and on top of that the local service did not refund my money. I took all the harassment as well as mental tension and above all money. Please let me know how we go ahead with filing the complaint. Regards | Bibhu
