I purchased a Data Card in April 2014 from MTS Dealer for Rs 1600 with a 40 GB data / Internet Plan @ Rs 999 per month. The speed in the plan is 9.8 mbps. – In last 3 months the services were down on 3 occasion for 4 -5 days each time. Other wise also in a day the services are down many times in a day. The speed very low most of the day, I have shared with MTS the screen shots of the data speed. The data transfer speed is ZERO.I am unable to use the services in full. MTS has send me a mail claiming that they have poor service in my area and they cannot provide a time line for improving the speed, Due to poor data transfer speed I am unable to use the service plan 40 GB in full. Also I have invested Rs 1600 for the data card for which I need a refund.

Refund for Rs 1600 for data card as It cannot be used with any other service provider. Concession in service plan as my plan remains under utilized. I have also written to MTS I would like to continue provided they can provide stable internet services. MTS should not mislead the consumer and MTS should be penalized for misspelling.
