booked two flats in project tropea at mira road east and paid rs. 3,00,000/- each in december 2010,builders now saying in month of january 2014 the project is closed and take refund with 9% interest for only current year

1 to allot and hand over the same flats which were booked by us in Tropea; and/or 2 to allot the flats to our choice @ the same rate at which we have booked the flats in Tropea; and /or 3 to refund the full money in time thru pay order with 12% rate of interest from the date of payment till actual payment made to us alongwith the a compensation of rs. 10,00,000/- ( rs. 5,00,000/- each for each flat) and payment should be paid on or before may 30, 2014.
