They are calculating the service tax including the bill amount. They supposed to calculate the service tax only service charges. expense:1000 service charge: 100 Service Tax: service charge*10/100 = 10 But they calculating the service tax = (expense + service charge)*10/100= 110 When i asked them. they simply told us that this is what our calculation. if you want to complaint you can.
