Sony Xperia – damage pin of charging Slot no proper service

The complaint was regarding the damage in a pin of charging Slot of my xperia Z C6602 purchase by me on dt.12.09.2013 from Xperia Store, Mansha Enterprises, 34-Old Cannaught Place, Dehradun. The dealing person at SMILE CARE, 11 CHAKRATA ROAD OPPOSITE EYE CLINIC, BINDAL SERVICE STATION LANE, DEHRADUN (Authorised Sony Service Centre) told me that due to the expiry of the warranty period, the concerned problem can not be sort out & the pin could not be repaired and I have to purchase a new set in 50% discount in exchange with my old set. For that I have already filled complaint to the The Managing Director/Nodal Officer/Manager, Sony India, A – 31, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi – 110044, India (copy attached) and then after to the mail ID questions.in@support.sonymobile.com But they replied that “the service estimation which has been provided to you after the assessment made by our service technician, Hence we stand by the assessment made by our service center.”

I want my phone to be repaired by the service center, or replace the product without any charge…
