Micromax – problem in audio Jack poor service

Dear Sir, I Have purchased Micromax Canvas HD A116 on 17/05/2013 After 11 months of Purchase I got a problem in audio Jack , I gave the mobile to the authorised Micromax service centre at AVJ Communication, Hudson Lane, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-110009 on 26.03.14 and now almost Two months have gone and yet i have not received my phone. Whenever i call in service centre they told me that my ph is in the company and within this week you have got your ph but after one week they told me the same thing again and again. Dated 23 April 2014 I write a mail to Micromax head office and they give me a Complaint No. MMX2304148245 and told me that I have receive my phone within maximum 10-15 days. Dated 02 May 2014 I call to head office to know my phone status and they give me another complaint number: 0205146479 and told me that you have receive your phone within 7 days. (they totally harassed me) Dated 12 May 2014 I call again to head office, hardly they pick my call and again told me that your phone is under process and u will got your phone within 7 Days.. :'( I request them to transfer my call to your head but they don’t Sir what can i do.. i am totally handicap without my phone

I want a new phone if possible & if not, atleast provide me my old phone back
