Dear Sirs, Kindly note that we ordered the phones on 2nd May, on site they had shown us the delivery time 2 to 3 days therefore we booked the phones. Now more than 10 days are over & still they won’t be able to deliver the phones. We had ordered 2 nos. of Xolo make Q2000 White color smart phones on 2nd May 2014. We have paid by credit card (on EMI Basis) to Snapdeal. At that time they booked our order, because phones were in stock, and on the same day they gave us shipment date 7th May 2014. And we inquired once again on 7th May they postponed the shipment to 12th May. There after we are continuously following up with snapdeal for shipment of these phones on right time. We checked the status again on 13th May and still on site they are indicating shipment date 12th May only. When we asked about the delivery, they had asked us to wait for further 3 days. For Doing continuous follow up our 2 engineers were lost the precious time, which is not acceptable to us, Therefore we wants 2 days payment (2 engineers) of those engineers who was doing the follow up for phones. And also mentioning the apology letter from them.
