Punjab National Bank Ranchi – Manager started using bad language

Dear Sir, Respectfully I would like to inform you that I have raised a issue infront of Punjab National Bank Ranchi Circle Office, Customer Care, and Delhi PNB Head Office that we have Account with PNB Chas Branch Since its Opening and we have maintained good business with the bank. Recently we have applied to the Bank for a loan in PMEGP Scheme, but Bank Manager refused me saying that he don’t have power to grant loan, then we took the matter to concern department seeking clarification why i cannot get a loan when i am giving good business to the bank, we did not got any positive response or any answer instead Manager started using bad language when i visited to bank for my routine work. Kindly sir take this matter in your concern. Thanks Md Rafique
