With reference to above subject I will like to inform you that I bought pureit advance water purifier on 29-07-2014 mahendra trading company Bhuj, with a belief that pureit advance will provide pure and harmless water for me and my family and my family members will be protected from harmful micro insects and hazards that water contains and about which puerit HUL company challenge to remove or kill this harmful materials from water. Pureit advance have a water blocking system once there is need to change the kit the white spot or dot changes into red, but long after 11 months of using it the color never changed and I just came to conclusion that the kit was never working it was a faulty piece and we were in misunderstanding of getting pure water it was shocking as my family was drinking this dangerous water since long and felt bad being cheated by the company. Regarding this I filed a complaint to customer care on may 19 2015 complaint no. C156713585 with 9904638336 mobile no. 9904638336 registered with complaint. A man came from the arihant sales and services gandhidham took a photo of pureit piece i requested him to ask a company to replace the kit free of cost and he went away after 3 days I received a message the complain is closed due to address not found, I again called the customer care no. And filed appeal but now my calls and complaint are just being ignored after doing such a deadly mistake and playing fraud with me because your company does not want to pay 475 rs for a kit, no respect to human life and a customer who believed trusted your product for his own family’s protection, this is really absurd move from company’s side. Regarding the above letter I request to take this issue on extreme prior basis and replace my advanced pureit kit and 20 rs of calling puerit customer care to be deposited in my account within 15 days of this mail with an apology letter. Not capable in doing this will result in me filing a consumer court case against the company.
