Dear Team, This is Sandeep Yadav, bought Enhance RO model from Eureka Forbes in Aug July 2014. Since then I have launched couple of times issues about insects in purified water tank, but some temporary solution was provided such as taping around plastic body gaps etc. In last one year my 3 year daughter has been sick many times drinking this purified insects dipped water.Initially the Hadar service center of Eurekaforbes showed some fake visits into their records and closed my issues. Again on 6th June 15 I have reported same issue, despite of 50+ followups no resolution is provided till time. They visited and provided some temporary cover, but it didnt worked. What is told to me is water is safe to drink as it is purified (be there insects as well). Since last 15 days I have made 100 calls but no solution yet. They have asked me to wait for their QA manager to visit since last week. I am spending 200+ INR on daily packaged water.My product is under AMC warranty for which I paid 4500 INR in April 2015. Please help me to sort this out please. Eureka forbes have no effect of customers call and complaints.

I want * My problem to be resolved, don’t want machine to be replaced, but plastic body of the machine can be atleast changed so that insects do not pour in water tank * Want the expense from Eureka forbes back which I have spend in calling them and for packaged water * I have never received a call from any Eureka forbes personnel till date on this..want a lesson for them that is customer is not only till sales. *If this product is having this flaw, it should be stopped in market so that other families don’t get effected from this (ENHANCE RO)
