There is some problem with Airtel Digital TV services as i have not been able to watch TV for quite some time now. the appalling fact is that when i called the customer care they asked me to pay to the engineer who will come to fix it. The problem is with them as they are not able to provide me with the services i am paying for and instead they want to charge me. The trouble that is occurring is said to be caused due to the bad weather whereas on a bright sunny day too i cannot render the services i am paying for. My customer Id is 3010141094 and the package name is Mega Standard Nov-14

I want them to come and fix this problem without charging me. Also I want them not to charge me for the days they could not provide me with the services.
