Pureit – Wrong Installation – Customer Care

Pureit service complaint- I had ordered germkill kit for my classic pureit on 25/6/14 but technician mr kunal came n told that its reservoir lock isn’t opening coz may be last technician had fitted it wrongly n now there is only one option to cut it. I asked him that this is technician buisness n I don’t know.He told me that he had done this many times n I have to pay 90 rupees for it n then it,ll be okay. I asked him to do it n he asked me that he,ll take it with him after sometime coz he have to go some near by for service but he came next day after my call. He took it with him n brought back with a new lock n he fitted base chamber filter n went back. At that time he charged 880 inr for kit + service + 90 inr lock+30 lock cutting charges.I went out of station for a week n when I came back after filling water I found there was water leakage problem inbetween lower chambers n I called him again. He told me there is one problem in lowest chamber n he have to change lower chamber stall coz it cracked,I asked him to change n again he charged 450 inr for it n went back without checking it but the leakage is still there n I had registered at tollfree no. on 8/7/14 n again on 18/7/14 n even today(21/7/14). A person mr gurdeep from chandigarh called inbetween for checking it n repairing by the technician but all were just false assurance even yesterday(20/7/14) I got a msg from pureit that my complaint is resolved but no-one came.my registered complaint no. at pureit helpline is C145921891.

Change my lower chambers or change my pureit
