I called in and said I think I am paying a lot according to my usage. There are a lot of channels that i don’t see so i would like to create a fresh package where i had channels that i see and remove the ones that i do not see .so i gave the person a list of channels and i see and said that these are the only channel that i want and ask him to remove are the channels like the regional channels from rajasthan bihar in all the places. The initial package that i was on was 624 please + 200 rupees extra for the second television .so my primary tv was on a package which was off 624 rupees and i had called in so that i could reduce the amount .the person said that i can change the package and and the next change that could make was only after a month i said ok because he told me that after adding all the channels again and removing the one that i do not see the total amount will be somewhere around 550rupees .550 was less than at 624 that i was paying so i said ok,he ask me shall i add it i said yes .he kept me on hold came back and said the channels have been added and the amount will be 650 rupees plus the hindi news channels that i told him to add will be extra. Where as after i give the list of channels i wanted, he told me that the total will be someone about 550 and here i was the bill of 650 a month already plus plus the amount of the hindi news channels which was still to be added .i told him to let it be because i wanted to reduce my bill not increase .and then he told me that now it cannot be changed because it has already been added so i had to wait for a month. He made me speak to someone else who said ok i will go ahead and put you back on the same plan but after hold he came back and said that plan is no longer available he could not do anything .i was completely misguided and given a plan that was more than what i was already paying ,whereas i had called to reduce they amount increase .tata sky has in the past also ,given wrong information to make money out of us
