RADIO TAXI SERVICES

I made a booking for a pick up on 24th of August 2010, from my home at belur to dunlop, at 3 pm in the afternoon. And at 2.45 pm i was informed that you people are unable to provide the services.

I am furious with such kind of services of because, today if i reach my destination 1 hour late i will not be having any monetary loss. But there are times when we book cab for drops at airport, what would happen if the company again tell at that point of time about the unavailability of the cabs.

This is bring to your notice that, if an organisation is unable or do not have the proper infrastructure to provide services as per the promises made by customer care executive posted at kolkata office, then they should either stop the useless services and promises or try to give better services only as per capability.

Because of the deficiency in worthless services i had to cancel my journey booked through the company.

Moreover, how can you expect that if the company people are going to inform just 15 mins prior to pick up time that cabs are not available. How will we arrange for another cab in such a short span of time.

The company should be shameful with such act. And i wish that less people book through this organisation and do not get harassed.

I think local cabs have that much of courtesy that they talk properly and they do not keep the passengers stranded in a midway.

I am sending this complain to this forum so that a proper action can be taken against KOLKATA CAB so that general people are not harassed.
