i booked my tickets for traveling to tirupati from bangalore via rajesh travels on 9th jan 2014 at 7:07 Pm from srp travel agent Btm layout, with ticket no 171528 from multi axle volvo B9R type 53 seater AC volvo bus for traveling on 24th jan 2014 friday at 9:15 PM.But bus service did not communicated anything that multi axle volvo bus service will not go today and even their local bangalore based bus pick us from our stop and taken us to race course around 10:25 Pm on 24th jan, 2014 than we confirmed for our seats one person was saying you sit in this bus other is saying your bus is not confirmed, they are lying and abusively they take us out from volvo bus saying utaro utaro than in their office some other guys were there they also misbehaved when i shouted so then after that they are saying we will send you in sleeper bus but in the ticket of volvo they want to send us in sleeper so we denied than again they confess that multiaxle volvo met with an accident so this bus is cancelled for that they didn’t informed us. they are not ready for the return in the beginning later they refund but all of them they misbehaved so badly and even we told them to call an auto or taxi they again gave very wearied look and said that do wherever you want to file a complaint. i just want to draw the attention how these private travel agencies they make public fool taking so much money and even they behave very rudely with ladies as well.i want justice that is why i am writing this complaint.i believe at least in this case at least i get justice from consumer forum.

want this kind of punishment should not be relieved and first of all i want a written apologies from the agency, the people who misbehave with ladies these kind of people should not retain in these type of places. some strict actions should be taken against the travel agency as well as office people who make consumer fool and make false promises to them even after charging so much money. i want these people should not be relieved only with monetary punishment some strict legal actions should be taken against them.
