I tried to get a Jio sim in anilashop, valsad , gujrat. I gave Barcode and Aadhar ID Xerox in sim shop.They done step by step process and at last told me that the barcode was already redeemed. I didn’t gave the barcode to anyone. Please block the sim who hacked my barcode and send me a new barcode. So please sort out this issue soon and contact me as soon as possible. I downloaded my jio app yesterday and generated my bar code and today when I went to the jio centre for my sim card the code show that it has already been redeemed. I have also called the service center of my handset ‘Mi’ they are telling me that the imei no. Of a handset is unique so it couldn’t be possible. Kindly help me regarding the matter

Sir, I have Lenovo A6000 phone, which is registered my Jio app. state-maharashtra,city-Beed. My jio barcode is 55570814535. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.
