I had booked a ticket from Mumbai to Ahmedabad for 2nd dec 2016 in “tanvi travels” from abhibus.com. On the day on travel, when i tried to contact the contact numbers(9833004085,9029200686,9820962869)

mentioned on ticket in morning, initially no a single number was reachable. After trying for sometimes, one person picked up a call on one of the numbers, i gave him my details and asked him if the bus is on

time. He said “yes bus is on time”. In evening, i tried to contact them again as i was stuck in huge traffic from thane to borivali. i had tried to call apx 40 to 50 times to inform that i am stuck in traffic since last

two hours and might come little late at borivali national park which was my boarding point. But nobody was reachable. Then i called abhibus.com customer care number +91-40-33667799. I asked the customer care

executive that i am trying to reach the bus operator in which i have booked ticket but am not able to, so the customer care executive gave me a contact number “+919922599697”. When i called on that number

+919922599697, the person said he is in tanvi travels. but the tanvi travels in which i had booked ticket is different tanvi travels. Then i again called customer care of abhibus.com , again customer care executive

gave me the same number “+919922599697” which i had got earlier when i had called customer care. i was totally stuck in a situation. After traffic, when i reached borivali national park at 11:15 pm in night, i got

to know, there is no such bus coming there from tanvi travels.
I was searching for buses from other operators to go ahmedabad. Most of the buses were full . After so many struggles to get a seat in a bus to ahmedabad, finally i got a seat in one bus at 12:30 in night.

BIG CHEAT TANVI TRAVELS!!! AND ABHIBUS.COM AS WELL WHO DOESNT NOT VALIDATE THE IDENTITY AND SURITY OF BUSES. ABHIBUS.COM ALLOWS SUCH FRUAD BUSES ON THEIR SITE.

I MUST TAKE THIS INCIDENT BIG TIME AGAINT YOU PEOPLE WHO DOESNT UNDERSTAND THAT A SINGLE GIRL HAD BOOKED A TICKET IN A BUS AND THEY DOESNT CARE IF BUS IS ACTUALLY COMING AT

A BOARDING POINT OR NOT. IF BUS IS NOT COMING , YOU MUST INFORM THE PASSENGER/ME IN ADVANCE SO THAT I AM AWARE IN ADVANCE THAT BUS IS CANCELLED.

IF IN NIGHT I WOULD NOT HAVE GOT TICKET IN OTHER BUS AND HAD TO RETURN THANE AT 12:30 IN NIGHT FROM BORIVALI AND IF ANYTHING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME, WHO WOULD HAVE BEEN

RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT!!!!!!! SUCH A SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE WHO DOESNT VALIDATE THE BUSES BEFORE YOU ALLOW IT ON YOUR SITE ABHIBUS.COM..!!!!!

I WANT REFUND OF MY MONEY BOOKED FOR TANVI TRAVELS WHICH 550 RUPEES AND MONEY WHICH I HAD TO SPEND ON OTHER BUS BECAUSE OF TANVI TRAVELS . THE AMOUNT IS 1500 RS FOR

OTHER BUS

I WANT RUPEES 2000 CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT

A STRICT ACTION MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST SUCH FRAUD BUS OPERATOR WHO TAKES BOOKING OF TICKET AND MONEY OF PASSENGER AND THEN ON DAY OF TRAVEL DOESNT COME….
