I have purchased sweets from Rawat Misthan Bhandar station road jaipur on 24-01-2015 wherein a screw has been found in the sweets. If the screw have been swollen by the person it may lead to casualty even death.

The sweets were offered to guest and a screw is found in it, it has hampered or prestige as if the screw has been swollen by the guest it may lead to casualty even death. As it has hampered our prestige because if the guest would have swollen the screw it may lead to casualty and also it may spoil our name and prestige hence we demand amount of rupees 25000/- as compensation for poor quality control measures adopted by the shopkeeper while manufacturing the sweets.
