I am raising this complain as RPO Ahmedabad is not responding logically for Passport re-issuance applications for my children. He is just sitting on file and not taking any decision. I have uploaded PDF file of the conversations with passport officers and details of my request. Anybody can understand the visible negligence by passport officers and their “passing buck” tactic. They have made me to visit passport office for 6 times and apparently they are not taking any decision, not guiding a way forward. I am a common man cannot afford to visit passport office again and again. I request you to peruse the attached conversation for details of harassment, sufferings and stress I and my family undergone due to irresponsible attitude of passport officers at Ahmedabad office. Due to size constrain I am attaching herewith only followings documents, 1. First page of passport re-issuance application for my son Sharman 2. First page of passport re-issuance application for my daughter Swadha 3. E-mail conversations with RPO, Ahmedabad and copy of all mails for Chief Passport offices, delhi.

I and my family undergone harassment, strain and stresses due to 6 unnecessary visits at passport offices, Arrogance, negligence and irresponsible attitude of IAS level offices had increase our family stresses severely. Paid online fees of re-issue application, 6 leaves from my office and expenses incurred for visits of passport office. My job is on stake due to leaves I asked to visit passport office.

First I need action to be taken for my passport re-issue application. disciplinary action should be taken for irresponsible officers. Passport authority should regret for inconvenience caused.
