Terrible customer service Huawei mobiles – A Review

I have purchased HUAWEI mobile phone of Model No. HUAWEI U8815 from one of the authorised dealer at Teczone , Borivali ( w)Mumbai on 09th October 2012 . This mobile is under warranty for 1 year. Unfortunately this mobile had a problem as the touch function was not working. I have given my phone for repair to the Authorised service centre for repairing at “NICE TELECOM” on dtd. 29/07/2013 vide Job Sheet No. SALMH385R274. They suppose to give me back the repaired phone in a weeks time but its has been over two months and I have not received it. The only reply that I keep getting is that they have not yet received the parts from company & you have to wait till we received the parts from company.It has over two months i.e 64 days since i have given this phone for repair My Mobile details as under : Model/Brand : U8815/Huawei IMEI/ESN : 861229014110111 Colour : Dark Tarnish FCC Id : QISU 8815 HUAWEI ASCEND G300 I had visit several times to get this sorted , There is no response on the phone as nobody picks up the phone, and inspite of repeated attempts there has been no response from the service providers, I am shocked and appalled the level of pathetic customer service from Huwaei and really regret to have trusted this brand Request you to kindly take the matter on priority to restore my trust in your brand Milan Suvarna +91 022289802XX / 98207734XX.
