I had invested Rs.7.65 Lacs with the above builder in Sec 78 Faridabad during 2006-07 for a flat. Till now the company has not yet started the construction nor the company is ready to refund along with interest up to date.
IS THERE ANYONE TO HEAR MY VOICE FOR JUSTICE IN THE STATE HARYANA.
The builder is exercising DADAGIRI at Gurgaon / Faridabad.
Kindly attach urgency to this please as the builder had made fools to many investors.

These duped builders should be taught lessons so that they can’t do anything of this sort nor did other builders. But see the pitty of out nation , we have regulatory body to over look these frauds .SEBI works so hard just to manage fruds in market of few lakhs but i think real estaate in India is more big fraud than stock market .
But unfortunately we have no regulators here.INDIA SHINNING O:-
