Poor Banking services and Fake comittments

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m writing to you after my patience being tested highly by your very efficient Bank Staff (Axis bank Indirapuram) and your System as a whole!… .Let me reiterate that I have been extremely patient with your department till now for last 7-8 months!

Axis bank, Indirapuram branch Relationship Manager Tarun Bargoti is be fooling us since January and even after complaining against him to Branch head no action has been taken against him. Branch Manager is so rude and arrogant that he has no sense to talk to the customers and tackling the situations.
He is with the RM Tarun Bargoti and provoke him to get maximum out put by making fake commitments and be fooling the customers.
We have opened and current account in Axis bank’s Indirapuram Branch by the name of BBB Technology in the month of January and since then we have been trapped in the fake commitments of Tarun Bargoti and branch.

1. Tarun committed us door step services.
2. He suggested us to take Channel One account with an opening balance of 100k or more and told us that we can anytime upgrade or degrade the account but we will continuously get the same services thereafter.
3. He committed us that all the salary accounts will be opened in 10-12 days but even after more than 45 days we havnt got any information about the status of the opening of salary accounts.
4. After about 2 months the branch informed us that your forms were not accepted by the head office just 2-3 days after the submission of documents. But that information took ore than 45 days to reach us.
5. We complained about this to the branchand RM Taruns as well
6. Door step services were committed to us but we wait for 3-4 days and get no response from bank or Tarun.
7. Our RM Tarun hardly picks up our phone.
8. We call from different numbers so that we can keep our self updated with the latest about our bank.
9. We have asked Tarun about the procedure and services of getting the payment from abroad in our account but after that he stopped picking our phone.
10. We asked him about our bank account status and he asks us to call back but never pickj up the phone again.
11. We visited bank couple of times but no satisfactory answer from any one.
12. We try to approach Branch head as well but he is too rude to speak. He has no sense to entertain customers.
13. We have doubts that our check will be bounced if bank will not send some one to pick up the cheque from our office.

* I just want to know that who will take the responsibility of bounced cheque and the panelty impose on us.
* Who will take the responsibility of loosing business due to lack of responsibility from bank
* who will take the responsibility of this careless and irresponsible system
* who will take the responsibility of fake comittments and bogus deals.
