Rectify Faulty Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus Mobile

Dear Sir, I have purchased one Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus 3 GB (Dark Grey, 16 GB) Smart Phone [IMEI/Serial No: 86852602 6758677 , 8685260 26758685 ] from Flipkart vide Order ID: OD5078 89136725 233000 dated 18-12-2016 & Tax Invoice # F0YQK 03117- 0019 7334. I lodged a complaint to Flipkart and requested to refund as several black shadows were appearing across the screen from the very beginning but Refund was Rejected by them (Return ID: 101079 7134823 495025). Then I thought that I will contact your Service Center if I face much difficulty to use the said Smart Phone. In the mean time, a major fault is developed and consequently the aforesaid Smart Phone is now not usable as the Phone is getting rebooted again and again when I am trying to make it ON from OFF condition and the Phone is not booted at all. I went to your Service Center for rectification of the said fault. But from the Service Center it was told that the Phone is out of warranty. I like to mention here that the Phone was used for a very short time and it was used with much care and the question of any type of damage from my end does not arise.
