Dear Sir, I have purchased Red Tape brand shoes bearing product code 8903144092868 on 3rd July, 2014 for Rs. 2895. The company is not paying back my money nor they are giving me new shoe against the damaged piece. The product got damaged because they sold me a wrong shoe polish.

While purchasing the show the shop staff also sold me shoe polish after using which my shoe got damaged and lost its original colour. They have sold me wrong shoe polish which damaged my shoe. I visited the shop and asked for replacement. They agreed to repair or they will give me a new piece the same. After 7-8 days they returned me the same shoe with some repairing. When i saw the shoe both of the shoe turned black from the original light brown colour. Again i visited the shop on 21st July and asked for replacement or refund. They told me that they will be sending the shoes for replacement to their Mumbai depot and gave me a date of 11th August to come and collect new piece. But i never received call on 11th as well as on 12th noon. When i took the pain to call them they informed me that the shoes have been dispatched from their mumbai depot. I asked them whether they have sent a new piece or they have sent the old piece once again after repairing. They told me that they have sent the show with some repairing. I have clearly informed them that i need a new piece otherwise i am not going to take the delivery. Or else pay me back. They told me to wait two more days till the shoe arrive. But now after paying so much amount i have lost my patience and going to wait 2 more days and then i go there and see the old same shoe. Which i am sure is going to damage after so much of repairing and polish they did. The quality of the leather will also be damaged.
