I booked a ticket from Delhi to Pathankot for a AC Sleeper Hispano Bus for Rs 1150. TG number: 4827257554, TPRDKJ number: 39645743 Seat number: DL-J(M) via Redbus.co.in. They issued me a ticket for the bus run by Travel Point, Shop No 11, Jamna Market, Near Nagpal Dairy, Delhi which was to depart from Redfort at 2030h on 09 Mar ’14. When I reached the shop I was made to go to an isolated and secluded place at my own expense where the bus was parked under a bridge. The bus was not a Hispano/Volvo bus as mentioned in the ticket and it had no shock absorbers at all. There were no seat numbers mentioned and the upholstery was stinking. The bus did not use AC and instead opened the roof of the bus to save on Air Conditioner which resulted in mosquitoes and cold air creeping in giving me a sleepless night. On complaining, the bus operator Mr Negi threatened me and started mouthing expletives. The bus departed at 2200h instead of 2030h. I also found a number of travelers who had paid anything from Rs 250 to Rs 1150 as the bus fare in the same bus.

I wish to get full refund of my money i.e Rs 1150 paid towards the fare and want Redbus.co.in to blacklist the Operator Travel Point so that he does not cheat others in future.
