I have received POCKET SURFER 5 Mobile Handset from Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd TODAY via BlueDart Courier AWB#69050992584 via Invoice No. DW/DEL/03060001 dated March 6, 2014. It is mentioned in the datawind website that the product is android 4.0 version. However, when i started my piece, i was surprised to know that there was no PLAY STORE in it. I could not contact DATAWIND by email as all email ids mentioned on its website (http://www.datawind.com/) have bounced back. I am having the email proof of bounce back on all its email id mentioned on its website. Then I contacted DATAWIND customer care by call, they said they don’t know anything about product and it shall not be accepted as return and no refund can be processed.

I demand Economical damage and emotional loss has happened to me.
