Hello I want to get compensation from Rediff shopping regarding one of the product through order no. 8476952. I ordered 2 products in this order. One product which came through Fedex courier has been delivered successfully to my address, but the other product through Aramex courier didn’t reach me. The delivery boy handed over the courier to some third unknown person without contacting me and its lost. Whenever I call Rediff to inquire about it, customer care executives will give me false assurance that within 1 hr you will get call from our side regarding the resolution of this query.Investigation is going on. This has happened 4-5 times and to my surprise i didn’t get any calls from them till date. Its more than 42 days i ordered the product. I want my part of compensation for calling them every 5 days and listening to there false assurance. Compensation for no action taken from there side.
