Rediff Online Shopping,faulty item

I have a ordered an item (Samsung 3.5mm Jack) handsfree through rediff online shopping order no 8200098 , it was delivered by E Age world, the item turned out to be faulty on top it was a fake copy of samsung, i mailed rediff 3 times, then i got a response to send the item back to the merchant, money will be refunded,along with the invoice for courier which will also be reimbursed, which i did through First Flight tracker no BR0214070, which was been delivered on 15th July, but still neither the refund received nor the item replaced, please help me on this. I have been sending mails to rediff since then but they are not replying, logged a complaint at customer service, executive’s name was cristus on 20th july, gave me complaint ref no 60501. please help me on this.
