Rediff Shopping – Faulty Product delivery no pickup

I had placed order for “Tummy Trimmer Home Gym Equipment”. and received on 19 July 2014. I found the product faulty and broken. I had cancelled the order within 2 days and requested for pickup of order from my address and refund. I am following up till today via phone calls and email but still no one has come to pick the product and hence did not receive the refund as well. Loss of money, Rediff online shopping company is not bothering to pick faulty product from home and provide refund in spite of follow up over phone and email for a month
