his Refers to the transaction attempted by me at the Yes bank Sarita VIhar H Block Market ATM (ATM Code is NDLOF054) on 30 July 2014. While the machine took the command and made the noise of counting the cash, but it did not dispense any money. In fact the shutter of the section giving the cash did not open either, Further no slip was printed by the machine indicating the error. The Exact time of transaction was 18:20:00, date 30 july 2014. I waited for few minutes but the machine did not given any cash. Subsequently i called the helpline (011-39404xxx)and related the matter to Officer who took my call. Who informed that the matter would be looked into by the relevant department and they would get back to me with a resolution by 7 Aug 2014. Today i got a call from SCB Complaint handling team (Number was +9180-66932600) informing me that as per Yes Bank the transaction stands correct and completed. I am indeed and shocked at this, I request you to please view the CCTV footage for the above incident. Thus the debit of rs 10000 to my card dated 30 July 2014 is disputed by me. it needs to be corrected and the said amount needs to be credited back into my account. I have registered physical compliant again in standard chartered bank again.

ECONOMIC:- 10000 Rs deducted plus Interest for the same Physical:- Mental Trauma, I have to pay these 10000 to my landlord, but couldn’t pay he is insulting me from last 15 days. that is unbearable.
