An order for 31 LED Flexible Rechargeble Table Lamp Night Desk Light was placed by rediff shopping with confirmed that I will receive 2 product in total Rs.413/- on telephone. The said product was delivered with order ID-10160184, bill number-90000803578 as on 08.08.14 after my full payment of Rs.413/-. But when I opened the box I got only 1 product instead of 2. Than I had send mail to rediff but till date they not replied. As per telephonic talk they said I will receive the 2nd soon. Till date I have not received any mail reply from them or received the rest 1. Before deliver the product they said I will receive 2 product. But sent only 1. I had made calls a lot of time to their Customer Care they said every day that we will give u refund, wait for 2 day. But after 1 Month I got nothing, No refund no 2nd product. They cheated me, may be cheats other online customers too. Kindly do something for this. Thanking you in anticipation. Mitesh

I want refund into multiply of the amount into 1000. means 413 x 1000. Because every time I called they said to day and nothing happen till date. They may cheat to others too.
