Dear Sir/Ma’am, I have purchased Sony Ericsson K850i on 27-07-2008. Due to loudspeaker problem, charging problem, display problems and other problems i submitted the phone in service center Sri Balaji Tele Services, 84, Avtar Enclave Paschim Vihar New Delhi-63 on 01/04/2009. When i went to take my phone back, its back side body was broken and lens cover was also missing so i wrote the complaint in consumer court with complaint no. 692/09. I came to first three hearings of the Honorable Court and the other party did not attend any of the hearing. After the 3rd hearing, i became busy in my graduation studies. From that day neither i got my phone back worth Rs. 19,200 nor any compensation from Sony Ericsson. I did not recieved any notice from consumer court’s side also.

It is my humble request to please re open my case no. 692/09 at the earliest. I still have all the supporting documents with me. Thank you
