I had requested Rediff.com to deliver a gift on the occasion of the marriage of my friend at a specified address. The gift was never delivered, but the vendor claimed falsely that it had been delivered. My credit card has been debited even though the product is not delivered. Several email complaints are not answered properly. Toll-free numbers for customer service is a cruel joke because nobody answers these toll-free numbers and even if they answer, they ask you to call some other phone number which in turn will never be answered.

A marriage gift was not delivered resulting in loss of relationship bondage . I demand that Bouquet should be delivered with an apology.
