I have placed an order (10822442) Rediff Online Shopping on 12 Dec 2014 from GOFL.in sale. I did not get my product yet but online status showing the product has delivered on 16th Dec 2014. I have called thrice but nothing happened. I do not know to whom they have delivered. Before delivered, they did not called me. I have fed up with this service and they are not taking it seriously. Raised two tickets #105151125980, #108094924199. I was shocked on the time of raising second tickets they do not know about the first ticket.shocked!! Thanks, Deepak Kashyap

I want to my product as soon as possible and penalty for not to support customer as well as bad behavior of customer executive.
