the tata docomo is continuously deducing my balance 10 paise every time.even though i haven’t activated any data plans and further that i have disabled all data connections and roaming services in my phone the balance is regularly being deduced.also,when i called customer care they didn’t solved my problem rather they charged me for calling them.this is much unfair and unacceptable.this is not about the mearge deduction of 10 paise and 50 paise but about trust.

i think i have been ignoring this problem for long period but now if this problem is not solved by the service provider i will change the company by portability
