Reebok – Human error Inappropriate payment

Sir, I am really sad and shattered after what happened to me on 19th may 2015 ,evening in ambience mall,Gurgaon. I am Smriti Rani.I am leaving Delhi Ncr in next month.It was my last shopping here.I am going out for MBA.My earning is zero.Its all my dad alone who earns.Thus, a middle class family. What happened was i went to Reebok store to buy a sports shoe which is i will be wearing hardly for 2 months all whole year.The price they told was Rs.10999 but due to some communication gap we heard Rs.1099.On counter he swipped my dad card then said Rs. 10999. We were shocked.I know its our mistake but its a human error, a communication gap, a misunderstanding which took place. Is there any way out to reverse it .I am not in need of such a costly shoe neither we can afford it. I had a plan to buy few more things for my hostel.But my budget was suddenly disbalanced. I.I could not buy anything more and just came back home sadly. You are very well aware of how much the expenses goes up when one goes out for MBA from a good institute.I hope you will understand my problem and consider it. Its a kind request of a student to kindly revert the transaction.Our family would be really grateful to you if you could help me.You are running a big company kindly consider a small request of me.please.They may deduct Rs.100 or Rs.500 as punishment but sir 10999 is a huge amount and means allot to us.We were told that we can exchange shoe for other items of same value. But, i am not a sports girl and there is no item in the store which is appropriate for me.At the most I can take a lower. But again sir how many lowers to buy to make it to 10999. We haven’t committed any crime.Even Salman Khan gets a bail on crime.Its just a mistake by us which I accept.On he top of it,the company is not replying to my mails and not giving me manager contact details.lastly, i thought only you could help me.Hoping for a positive response. Sir please find a way.The transaction should be reversed.Everything has a solution.I am really sad.

I need reversal of transaction. i need my money back.It was just a mistake.
