I have recharged my Jio number twice because of not conformation message given by your team and I have lost 618 rupees. After that both messages came back simultaneously one after another. So I need only one dhan dhana dhan service to activate. So please refund 309 rupees back to my account or at least give me an assurance that the next Rs 309 will be used to Top-Up for the next 28 days after the expiration of 84 days.
