02/05/2014, Chandra Bahn Omprakash branch manager of reliable india packers of nigidi over phone agreed for shifting goods [1.Fridge,2.washing machine 3.TV 4.Day cum bed,4.Dinning set-6 chairs 5.mattress-6 6.Kitchen hood 7.Kitchen stove 8.Kitchen[misc-grinder,iron box,setup box etc..9.gas cylinder -2(small & big)] for 9,000/- however his persons came home and made bill for 10,000/- and with cash on delivery basis. Mr.Ompraksh hold the delivery and didn’t call and when check with him mentioned pay full amount after only delivery will be done, after discussions agreed to pay of 7,000/- and rest after delivery..the same has been done to his personal bank account on 6th may 2014 and goods delivered with very bad condition–bed parts nuts came out and rest of them packing was bad enough the packing torn and smells bad due to rain water and 4 items were missing.. 1)washing machine 2)Gas cylinder 3) kitchen misc on 8th May 2014 we paid 600 to the driver out of 3,000 due to missing items… on 9th May Mr.Omprakash sent message to pay rest of money 1,500/-will send remaining items..we were suspicious on the activities and mentioned will give full payment either to you or to the driver after goods arrived…and afterwards Mr.Omprakash didn’t receive calls nor he didn’t send goods…

My goods back and compensation for not attending and not telling status on the issues…if it is bad company after research better to be closed for the poor customer support and non delivery of service.
